Kombucha Pilot
1/2 gallon water
1/2 c sugar
5 packets Stash ginger peach tea
1 week's fermentation time.
One bottle fermented 4 extra days with a splash if ginger lemon euchanachia juice and 1 chunk candied ginger. BOOM!!!
